By using wc.lawyer, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you use the site. Last updated 20 October 2026.
These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or uses wc.lawyer (the "site"), which is operated by Euclid Squared Inc. ("we", "our" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
wc.lawyer is a directory of lawyers who handle workers' compensation, organized by state and then by city, with plain-English guides to how a workers' compensation claim works. We are building the directory one state at a time, starting with Florida. Listings come from public bar records and show a lawyer's name, firm and city.
The site also offers a free email newsletter, wc.lawyer Weekly. You do not need an account to use the site, and every page is free to read.
Everything on wc.lawyer, including its guides, is general information about how workers' compensation law works. It is not legal advice, and it may not fit your situation. wc.lawyer is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service, and no lawyer works for it.
Using the site, reading a guide, emailing us or contacting a listed lawyer through information found here does not create a lawyer-client relationship (also called an attorney-client relationship) with wc.lawyer, with Euclid Squared Inc. or with any lawyer. Do not send confidential information to anyone until a lawyer has agreed to represent you.
Workers' compensation laws, deadlines and benefit rates differ from state to state, and they change. For advice about your own claim, talk to a workers' compensation lawyer licensed in your state.
A listing is not an endorsement, rating or ranking of any lawyer. Listings are ordered by place, and any paid placement is labeled “This is an advertisement”. Choosing a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based only on advertising. See the Disclaimer.
wc.lawyer Weekly is free. You join only after you confirm your address from the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Signing up asks only for your email address, never about your claim. Like the guides, the newsletter is general information, not legal advice. We may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it.
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
The site links to websites and services that we do not control, including the sources we cite (government agencies, statutes and bar associations) and any ads shown on the site. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they work. A link to another site is not an endorsement of it.
The content on the site, including its guides, images, logo and design, is owned by Euclid Squared Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Statutes, agency rules and bar records that we quote or list come from public sources and are not claimed as ours. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Do not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
The site and its content, including its listings and guides, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We cite the statute or agency for every rule we state, with the date we read it, but laws, rates and bar records change, so a page may be out of date when you read it.
To the extent the law allows, Euclid Squared Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that results from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from your dealings with any lawyer you find through it.
You agree to indemnify and hold Euclid Squared Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time, including any listing or guide.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms? Email [email protected]. We cannot give legal advice or answer questions about your own claim.
